| 1463771 | 2019-09-16 05:31:00 | Assuming it was turned off at the wall try this. Unplug the power cable that goes into the back of the Mac for about 30 sec and reconnect and try restarting normally. |

As the current non-functioning Mac is about 15 years old, she won't know herself when it arrives. She has stuff well backed up on an external drive, so hopefully she should be OK. | Tony (4941) | ||
