| 1464327 | 2019-11-17 22:37:00 | I have been using the Brother printer quite a bit since bought it, like it very much. :) One question: Is there a way to check the toner level so that I can buy a spare toner in case it runs out when I need to print something urgently. My previous HP has got the utility tool software to monitor the ink level. Couldn't find anything similar in this Brother Utility tool. The Web UI of the printer will tell you this, and a ton of other stuff - if you don't know it's IP address, find this out from the printer menu, and pop that into your web browser. |

Funny you saythat,often we find we dont need a scanner then all of a sudden we need one several times in a week . So to overcome the problem, Time for a new Printer - The colour laser already works fine (no Scanner) so I brought a New Brother Black Laser, and the Scanner does both Black & Colour Scans .
