1463972 2019-09-24 01:50:00 Hi there

I'm unableto login into the following apps with my Microsoft login:
Microsoft Store (We encountered an error. Please try signing in again later.)
OneNote (it tries to login but then returns to the original page without loging in)
YourPhone (we can't connect to your phone)

But on the other hand I'm ableto login into the follwowing apps with my Microsoft login:
Skype Desktop
Online OneDrive
Outlook account

Ps: I'm also affected by Microsoft's search bug (can't click in search box and can't open notifications) but everything works fine when I'm uninstalling KB 4512941 and KB 4515384. I'm desperately waiting for the patch of the patch.

This problem drives me crazy. I've tried so many possible solutions with no success. Can somebody please help me. Many thanks in advance.

1463974 2019-09-24 04:19:00 It seems a network issue. Reboot the router and re-connect to the network. It still does not work, get a VPN instead ninzggk (17681)
1463975 2019-09-24 06:17:00 There can be MANY reasons, some not so obvious as to why its playing up.
One common problem is updates have come through or waiting to install and lock you out of some functions, so first manually check for updates, install any that are required followed by a restart.

If everything is up to date then try running the troubleshooter, it will check to make sure everything is All ok or where the problem is.

Go to the following page www.thewindowsclub.com

Scroll down the page to where it says "Microsoft Accounts Troubleshooter download" Download the trouble shooter and run it.

1463978 2019-09-24 10:44:00 I've downloaded and run Microsoft Accounts Troubleshooter as suggested by wainuitech. Finding:

Issues found
Microsoft account requiredMicrosoft account required
You need a Microsoft account to sync your settings. Detected Detected
Switch to Microsoft account Completed

Unfortunately my issues are still not solved. I then rebooted my computer and ran the troubleshooter again. Same finding as above.

Any suggestion for solving the problem. Many thanks to all help.

1463979 2019-09-24 22:16:00 Wow...I've spent hours trying to solve the problem - to no avail. And this morning a desperate try: I had to reboot my computer for another app a few days ago. Windows took this opportunity and re-installed KB4515384. This morning I've uninstalled this patch again and voila, I was able to solve the problem within 1 minute!
I would like to thank everybody for trying to help. Thanks.

:) Not always, none of the computers here had /have any problems, had no calls either from anyone complaining about the "faults" AND trust me when I say some customers will call at the slightest inconsistency or glitch. ;)

As it says in the linked article
Most cumulative updates for the latest stable version of Windows 10 are tested with the help of users in the Windows Insider program.
