2922	1999-09-12 23:27:00	I'm running Windows 95 on a celeron 300 MHZ machine, 32 RAM, 2.4 Giga hard disk. When I installed Norton Aniti-Virus (Windows 98 and 95 compatible version), the computer hangs up whenever I shut it down . I do not get the prompt 'it is safe now to shutdown'. The same problem happened with media ring. I need close media ring every time I shut down my machine. I wonder is this a hardware or software problem? I had my machine for less than a year it was performing good on the internet, now it it is getting very slow. I appreciate any suggestions that could boost back my computer performance on the internet. Thanks	Guest (0)
