| 2903 | 1999-09-08 10:13:00 | Whenever I read ANY upgrade guides, they usually all recommend to: a) Turn off the Power b) Remove the plug etc etc I was taught that you should turn off the power but leave the plug in. This way, you maintain a connection to your earth. If you then touch the case you will earth yourself before potentially damaging components in the system. True/False/Comments? |
