| 2913 | 1999-09-11 04:00:00 | My US Robotics WinModem Voice x2 56k modem does not seem to be connecting as fast as it should. When I I bring up the connection status box it always says it's connected at 33,600-is this normal. I have got it on the highest maximum speed setting in Dial Up Networking setup (115,200). I have gone to the modem's web-site and used their auto-updator, and it says I have the latest drivers etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Jack Wass |
