2991	1999-09-21 22:11:00	I get frequent! crashes of Word97 [30+/day!], it's got so bad that I have written a batch file to empty the windows temp directory of .tmp files because I was sick of doing it manually! I have reinstalled office, upgraded it to SR2 and still get the crashes. Often I have to reboot the pc because explorer crashes too. [I have also reinstalled Win95B] I am running Win95B and using a PS/2 wheelie mouse - the crashes happen when I move the mouse while formatting the doc [and no, I wasn't pushing the buttons either]... the pc is on an NTserver network. I have lots of graphics packages on the pc [Photoshop5, Illustrator8, Pagemaker5.2, Bryce, Frontpage98 etc etc and use printkey & hotsend utilities] plus a zip drive and a HP4500C scanner. I usually only have word open by itself because of the hassle with the crashes. Our network nerds are mystified on how to fix it, does anyone have any ideas? I am getting really sick of it and have considered giving the pc flying lessons..	Guest (0)
