| 2974 | 1999-09-19 00:40:00 | My System is AMD K6 400, 64MB RAM and 880 MB spare hard drive. I installed the Win98 Special Edition CDROM update from Microsoft over Win 98 If I try to play any of the card games eg Hearts the system freezes completely. CTL-ALT-DEL does not work and system has to be restarted. I have removed and reinstalled the offending applications but to no avail. So far the only other problem is my Favourite Genealogy program, Family Tree Maker which does the same and has also been re installed. I cannot open this program at all. I contacted Microsoft Help who put all the details into ther data base and then said 'Sorry we can't Help you' How about F1? |
