As part of our housekeeping at work we want to print out the document properties to give authors for deletions. Word Help says you can print multiple document properties by clicking on File menu, click open. While holding down CTRL, click the file names for the Word documents whose property information you want to print. Click Commands and Settings. Click Print. In the Print what box, click Document Properties. HOWEVER, when you click on print - the system does a hotprint - you do not get a print menu up to let you select 'print what'. Any suggestions?
