| 3025 | 1999-09-27 21:49:00 | It seems that IE5 on my computer no longer reads web pages with java script. I just get blank pages, or the section with java doesn't work. It used to. I have checked under Tools-Internet Options-Advanced, and all 3 Java boxes are ticked under 'Java VM'. I have ticked and unticked, rebooted, etc, still no good. I'd like to maybe try re-installing just IE5, but can't seem to find the setup program on my Windows 98 Second Edition CD. Any ideas? Thanks. | Guest (0) | ||

| 3027 | 2003-04-19 09:52:00 | Hey Have you gone to Windows Update (http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com) and got updates for Microsoft Virtual Machine... Also, now isn't the time to really have Java problems, as Sun and Microsoft are at eachother - Sun wants to be the only distributor of Java readers, and Microsoft wants to continue Virtual Machine (take a look around www.microsoft.com and there's a link somewhere on the page...) Hopefully Microsoft win their appeal though CyberChuck |
