3017	1999-09-26 10:55:00	Hi I have got a Compaq Presario 2240, and have just started having some problems with some of my CDROMs. Most of the ones affected are demo disks from Magazines, but a recently bought commercial game 'Rainbow Six' is also affected. When I go to start the game (which installed fine) the loading screen comes up, the CD starts whirring, then stops, then starts... and so on. The only way to stop it is to ctrol-alt-delete and stop rainbow six which by now is not responding. A similar thing happens with demo disks, but they dont even get to the stage where I can explore the disks. Any ideas on what is wrong? Thanks	Guest (0)
