| 3056 | 1999-10-01 10:02:00 | Why is it that when I open html files that I have downloaded from web pages, some of them will open on my computer while others with the same file properties must try to connect. When I deny net access IE4 says the file could not be opened. How do I make sure that when I save a file it will be possible to view it later without connecting?. And what is the difference in these files that doesn't appear in file properties? | Guest (0) | ||
