3013	1999-09-26 08:53:00	For some reason when I connect to my Internet Provider the 'handshake' takes an extraordinary time to finally connect and the Home page takes a long time to load up. It also takes a longer than usual time to check for incoming mail.I'm using a 56K modem but it takes much much longer than my work connection using a 36K modem - that one connects very quick. It doesn't matter which ISP as I have the same trouble connecting to IHUG as I do XTRA I would really appreciate some advice on this.	Guest (0)
