| 3091 | 1999-10-03 23:42:00 | Juha, I set my MTU and Rwin values to some of your recommendations 1500 & 16384 respectively and there is a vaast improvement in my internet performance and that is terrific. Thanks. However my ICQ now will not connect and I'm wondering if these settings are affecting it and do you know what settings would be appropriate for a machine with ICQ setup on it?
