I have an IBM Aptiva E4A. When I adjusted the time for daylight saving I increased the hour number by one but when I applied it the time increased by 13 hours. While the display on the tool bar is a 24 hour clock, the date/time properties window is a 12 hour clock. I've tried running the time both forward 12 hours and back 12 hours and it doesn't make any difference to the toolbar display. E.g. I initially adjusted the time at about 1000 hours and when I increased it by an hour the tool bar changed from 10.00 to 23.00.
What can I do to correct it by 12 hours? |
