| 3158 | 1999-10-13 06:37:00 | I'm running a Pentium 200, 32M RAM and Windows 98 (1st release). Recently, while shutting down, Windows has stopped abruptly at the 'Windows is Shutting down your computer' screen. It has continued like this ever since. However, on reboots every thing is fine.
