I recently bought a new compter and installed my original software in the new machine. I now find that winfax won't reset the automatic recieve facility after I log off the internet, also, merely opening some other program (word,excel etc) will disable automatic recieve. I've tried reconfigureing the settings but to no avail. Any help will be appreciated as a fax facility is crucial to my business.
ps. I now have a V90 modem. previously a 33.6, could this have a bearing on the problem. |
