| 3159 | 1999-10-13 06:51:00 | I've been trying to download Acrobat Reader 4 from the Adobe site (in order to read some *.pdf files I have been sent), but cannot do so. Having 'logged on' and given my name and email address, the process seems to proceed but then an error message pops up saying either there are problems with my language (?) or that the server is unable to process my request. Have been trying since early last week, and still no joy today. Does PC World have Acrobat Reader 4 in your archive? Or, can you give me any idea why this is failing? Steve |
