3198	1999-10-16 10:12:00	System - 166MMX with 64Mb RAM, 2 hard drives and bog standard bits for CD etc. (1)Trying to use Word2000 as my e-mail editor via Outlook2000 on the first attempt brings up a message box suggesting an there is already an open open dialog box or that Word is not installed along with suggestions to close the dialog box and/or install Word. All works well after clicking out of the above message box and re-initiating another 'New Message'. (2) Possibly related, SBCM cannot find Word2000 for mail merge purposes. A similar message box appears suggesting that Word be installed. Installations about the time that this problem made itself evident are Nortons Systems Works Pro, some templates downloaded from Microsoft and an extra 32Mb of RAM. Have removed each in turn to no effect. Cannot identify any new macros in Word. Have also uninstalled and re-installed Office.	Guest (0)
