| 3172 | 1999-10-14 12:01:00 | It takes Outlook Express 30 seconds to start up when I first start my computer. After that, it takes 10 seconds every time to load the program. I have 64MB RAM and a 350 K6 cpu so it's definitely not my hardware's fault. Why is it so slow, and how do I speed it up? | Guest (0) | ||
