My problem is receiving 'Voize Mail'. When I am notified by e-mail that there is a message and to go to the url below, to listen to it.On going to the url there is only an empty square with a red cross in the corner.The help file tells me to use IE5, which is what I use.
I think there is a Java applet missing, as I can't download Netscape 4.7 as a window comes up saying'unable to start a Java applet' Can't find 'Java40,Jar'.Would this be a clue to the other problem? As I don't know anything about Java and can't find any help on the net with it, here's hoping that you can help..Regards Ron Guest. |
