| 3259 | 1999-10-26 01:50:00 | I recently bought Norton Anti-virus 5.0 for my son's computer as I have NAV 4.0, which I bought last April as a result of the PC World anti-virus scanner test. NAV 5.0 won this years test and being a good honest kiwi I bought NAV 5.0 for my son instead of merely putting NAV 4.0 on his as well, as that would be illegal wouldn't it. the problem we have with NAV 5.0, is that when installed it dated the virus defs as 7/12/1999 and when we ran live update which put the 10/18/99 defs on and rebooted NAV 5.0 still shows the defs as 7/12/99. This is very annoying, is this a common fault with NAV, we've run live update several times but still the date stays the same. |
