3290	1999-10-28 20:45:00	i have just upgraded to a jdi15+ motherboard & amd k2/400 chip.i have an asus 3dp-v264gt/pro video capture card.my problem is my video capture is very shakey and has horizontal lines thru it.ive tried win 95 & 98.im running the latest driver i can find,this problem has only occured since the upgrade,any help would be appreciated.
