| 3274 | 1999-10-27 22:32:00 | When sending mailat the conclusion of writing in Outlook 2000, I get the following error message on my screen: 'Outlook Update Error. The database cannot be opened using the information provided. Check to see if your username and password are correct. OK.' When I click the OK box, nothing happens. The error message remains and the program freezes. If I then manage to close the program and re-open it, the mail will send as usual, most times. I have tried using the detect and repair option for Office 2000, but the problem remains. Can you please tell me what I need to do to get rid of the error message and make the program work properly again. Thanks for any help you can give, Brenton Williams |
