| 3278 | 1999-10-28 00:29:00 | In trying to load Windows 98 to my formatted Hdrive a message comes up ERROR - PCI Read configuration failure then carries on to the A:\ prompt. After entering the CD drive letter it will not read the CD Rom. Can anyone help me.....Les |
