3367	1999-11-08 11:07:00	The following messages appear when trying to start Outlook97.... 'Error Starting program The OUTLLIB.DLL file is linked to missing export MAPI32.DLL:36.' Under this message is .. 'C:\ProgramFiles\Microsoft Office\Office\Outlook.exe A device attached to the system is not functioning' Please, can anyone suggest where I should look to find the 'device which is not functioning' and how I should go about fixing the problem.
