| 3333 | 1999-11-03 10:53:00 | I am running Win98 SE, and shutdown has been operating normally since purchase. Now however when I START, SHUTDOWN, SHUTDOWN THE COMPUTER, it will re-boot. The only way to shut down is to turn off the power. Any assistance would be gratefully received. |
