| 3324 | 1999-11-02 04:37:00 | When using IE5, with Outlook 98 as the default e-mail program, I can't open a new mail message (or respond to 'mailto'), but, I can read mail. If I change the default e-mail program to Outlook Express, it works fine. I also get the same problem of not being able to open a new message, when I use MS Word 97. Would this be a 'mapi' fault?
