| 3322 | 1999-11-02 02:15:00 | A friend of mine has changed ISP's from Clear to Xtra, however when they try to use Internet Explorer the following appears. Problem Report http error 403 occured while attemping to retrieve the URL http://www.xtra.co.nz Problem description Your request was denied by your administrator. The requested URL was found in the filter deny list. They can log onto Clear but no other ISP etc. Both Clear and Xtra can give no help so I'm hoping someone out there can help clear this problem. What is the 'filter deny list' and where does one find it? Any help would be appreciated |
