| 3376 | 1999-11-10 02:18:00 | I installed Norton AntiVirus Gold Edition V4.0 onto my new computer and it has stopped it turning off. It closes down to the 'It is now safe to turn off your computer' and just sits there. I cannot turn the pc off. I have a P350, Win 98. I do not want to buy another program when I already have one.
