1260634 2012-02-21 23:28:00 Just because a transparency sheet looks like it's for laser printers, doesn't mean it actually is...

I just spent the last hour carefully cutting pieces of melted plastic sheet off my fuser rollers :o

What a lovely smell too! :yuck:

1260641 2012-02-22 00:27:00 Years ago I imported T-Shirt transfer paper for a thermal wax printer. It worked fine on the thermal wax printer but when we decided to put it through a laser printer - oh what a mess it made of the printer. :badpc::groan: Bobh (5192)
1260642 2012-02-22 00:32:00 Sigh, yeah.

On a few occasions I thought I'd be clever and print return addresses on the back of a bunch of envelopes with a laser.

Window envelopes.
The window melts.
Envelopes stuffed
Laser worse for the experience.
And me so stupid I do the same thing again at a later date.

Slow learner.:groan:
