| 1260601 | 2012-02-21 20:56:00 | I have Windows 7 (sans bloat) in my Asus Eee 701 notebook. It has 2Gb RAM and no swap file. Software, including Open Office, Firefox, Foxit, Mail Washer, Agent Email and a Processor speed up file, all on an SD Card. Works well except when multitasking when it tends to stop for a few seconds. Windows 7 will not allow me to place a swap file on the SD Card. Is there a way round this? Some would say use XP! That is boring, this is a challenge. |
