Probably like Xnets VOIP - if it worked, it worked, if it didn't for you, forget it, go round in circles going crazy from the lack of fix.... We use Xnet VoIP and have done for 2 years it works excellently for us here in Nelson |

| 1259576 | 2012-02-17 02:34:00 | The problem with Orcon genius is that the phone is always unreliable. Reports "line engaaged" or "call diversion enabled" or "extension is engaged" wnen you ring out. Incoming calls ring the phone but silence when picked up. I am pretty sure that the Modem is faulty but for some reason they will not replace it. If you reset the Modem the phone works for abot 10 minutes. I am using Skype at the moment to call out. The Broadband is quite reasonable at the moment, 14Mbps & 8Mbps 7 quite smooth. Every time I contact orcon I get a new tech and have to start again! They sent a courier bag to return the dud modem about 3 months ago, but no sign of a replacement. |

| 1259577 | 2012-02-17 04:14:00 | I am with Telecom, no complaints. It is as good (or bad) as any other ISPs in NZ. I like their 24/7 helpdesk support which not many other ISPs can provide. |
