1259580 2012-02-17 02:37:00 I am in need of a new keyboard.

Any suggestions?

The current one I have is the Logitech G110 and its ok except if you let up on the key pressure even for a second while moving in a game and your char stops, its very annoying.
I don't need macro keys, never use them
I do like backlit (keylit) boards
Media keys are nice but not essential.
Don't care about price, meh how much can a keyboard be.....

Looking forward to your ideas.

This much:

I have the lesser, cheaper backlit Logitech. A much better product than their old one.

But there are quite a few backlit ones available...

Or you can do what I do - use an old beige keyboard. Then you don't need backlighting

1259586 2012-02-17 20:06:00 Try the Razer Blackwidow Ultimate - Greatest keyboard I have ever brought, the keys feel great (mechanical keys), the back-light is nice, it feels very sturdy and should last you awhile :)

Official Site - store.razerzone.com

And if you want quiet keys you can try this version (I don't mind the key sound, in fact I really like it, but that's just me)

It had the problem from day one......

Icow, do you know anything more about that board?

Blackwidow - The stealth Ultimate is on my list and it looks like a good deal but I have heard bad things about their keyboards.

Forgive me for perhaps being silly, but isn't it expected that if you stop pressing the key, the action the key performs also stops? The only way I can see around this is a keyboard with terrible latency and response times which would be painful to use :x

1259589 2012-02-19 19:56:00 It seems strange to me I am on my second G15 (I broke my old one don't ask) and both have worked perfectly for a decent amount of time so I would have recommended logitech if that wasn't the one you have problems with. Perhaps your one is dodgy and should have been returned when new?

The razor ones look nice if you want a different brand and despite me hating to recommend them microsft make nice keyboards.
