| 1259556 | 2012-02-16 20:49:00 | When trying to print out an e-mail my printer will print only the header, down to the subject line, and ignore the body of the e-mail completely. I have tried powering down the printer, checked settings etc, but all to no avail. My system is XP SP3 and the printer is an HP Photosmart 8230, plug and play connected through a USB port. It has always worked perfectly in the past. It's got me bluffed. Any ideas?? An afterthought...other documents print perfectly, as does the printer test page. It is only in e-mails that the problem occurs. |
