I looked up a the tips posted to solve this problem. It said 'delete the CD-Rom from the device manager then restart windows. It will rebuild the driver database and everything will be fine from here. I'm a bit worried to try this incase I do the wrong thing.I tried to do this and it said I can't remove the device but to click on the driver to remove that. Also do I restart my computer then the driver database will be rebuilt? What would cause this problem to occur in the first place?
