| 3520 | 1999-12-02 00:45:00 | Hardware Pentiumiii 450MHz with 128MB memory OS - WIndows98 SE. Dual boot Yesterday, I changed some settings by running msconfig. The idea is to reduce number of programs running on startup. Apparently I did one too many. The PC now refused to display anything at all i.e. blank dark screen when I selected WIN98 from the boot menu. When starting from the floppy bootdisk, I could access the harddisk, the DVDROM but not the internal ZIP drive. Appreciate any help. I am prepared to reformat the whole thing if needed, but please let me know how to. Many thanks |
