| 3543 | 1999-12-04 13:45:00 | I have installed a Dynalink TVeiw CPH051 on a PCDirect, 48MB RAM, 166Mhz, Pentium(r),running Windows 95 ver 4.00.950a.The FM tuner works but when the Tveiw is run the console panel appears, the screen 'freezes' i.e. the mouse pointer cannot be moved momentarily, then the PC reboots.
