| 3540 | 1999-12-04 07:43:00 | Hi...I'm running W98 with Norton Anti Virus v.5.00. I recently had an upgrade from Cyrix 686 MMX to AMD K6 II 400. The techy had reformat C: Drive and reload W98 as part of that. When I reloaded my NAV I started having problems. If I check 'Load Auto Check at Startup' (under - Options - Autoprotect)then I am unable to boot up. I hang half way through and have to re-boot in safe mode. If I then uncheck that option in NAV and reboot I'm fine. At the moment I have to boot up and manually open NAV to start it up... Any thoughts :-) |
