| 3714 | 2000-01-05 02:34:00 | I have just installed Office 2000 on a laptop and an HP Pavilion 3216. All is OK on the laptop but with the HP when attempting to use Word I get an io error with ms09.dll I've repaired and uninstalled but to no avail. Perhaps I should mention that for some inexplicable reason I have lost the file hmem.sys on the HP. This causes no problems except with restarts. Could it be that there is a connection with the Word problem. Has anyone solutions please? | Guest (0) | ||
