3780	2000-01-12 04:43:00	HI I am using a amd k6 200mhz modem with 64 ram. My modem is a Acer Modem 56 Surf. The problem is that when I connect to the internet my modem speed is 28,800 bps which should be higher than that. I'm using voyager as my ISP. I Don't know why my modem is 28,800 bps. My modem is a 56 k in that case it should go higher. If you can tell me why my modem bps is 288000 bps please tell me. From Ronald ps. I'm using an external modem	Guest (0)
