| 3844 | 2000-01-21 06:42:00 | I recently purchased Norton Cleansweep Version 4.7 to uninstall unwanted programs and internet buildup. One such program I wish to uninstall is MusicMatch Jukebox 4 to replace it with either RealPlayer G2 or Sonique. However Cleansweep is unable to remove the tray file (mm_tray.exe). The Cleansweep messsage box reads 'mm_tray.exe is currently running. If it is a program, click RETRY. If it is not a program, it is probably a driver listed in SYSTEM.INI or the registry and it cannot be removed.' I was unable to play my music CD's until I had restored all the MusicMatch files. If I download either RealPlayer G2 or any other such program, will that over-ride MM Jukebox 4. Just knowing how to uninstall the 'mm_tray file .exe' would be sufficient help. As you can see, I'm a new kid on the block and an old one at that.... I am using Win 95 on a Pentium 133 PC. Many thanks! |
