| 3854 | 2000-01-23 06:22:00 | my wife's AMD K6 2 when running system monitor in win 98 and moving the mouse the level instead of returning continues to plateau higher each successive time and won't drop down to the rest level.Further mouse movement actually causes a brief drop and then a further rise in the plateau. When running an Excel program which takes 20 seconds to complete, if you move the mouse during it's operation the execution time drops to 10 seconds. |
