3843	2000-01-21 02:11:00	I have recentyl acquired Dragon Naturally Speaking v4.0 which I am running on a AMD K6-3-400 system with 98 meg RAM under win 98. I am happy with the results I am getting, but want better accuracy Which will give me the biggest bang for my finite buck? a) Moving to a athalon 500 mhz so I can use Best match III OR b) using the USB Mike which will give me better sound to noice ratio??
