| 3922 | 2000-02-03 09:25:00 | I have recently installed Office 2000 under Win95 on a Pentium II MMX 233 Mhz. I had no problems installing it but now I have the following problem. Particularly in these Office applications typing sometimes results in characters missing. Also sometimes the Caps toggles to upper case and you have to hold the shift key to reverse the effect. I suspect these problems arise by typing too fast and the typing gets caught in some background routine (spelling check or grammar check ??). I believe that Microsoft already knows about it but there is no advise about how to fix it. Does anyone recognise the problem and how can you fix this ?? Thanks Hans |
