I am glad this judge will be judged for her inappropriate conduct and grossly mistaken understanding of sexual abuse of a child. ALL offenders against children should have a conviction entered against them if they are found guilty/plead guilty, so that this is a matter of record for the future. What this "judge" has done is reduced this offender's record by one conviction on the road to a preventive detention sentence. No-one knows if this guy has "paedophilic tendencies" - no psychologist can know, and certainly not this "judge", so a conviction is the only safe course of action until we know better. I don't know who this child sex abuser is, and personally I don't give a toss whether this tosser makes people laugh - that is a totally irrelevant consideration. Let's hope the higher court has some gumption and doesn't lie down for their tummy to be tickled by Dyhrberg. | John H (8) | ||
