1237181 2011-10-14 20:42:00 As a CMT marksman 99%, the Lee Enfield was a clip of 10 rounds.

Elder brother also 99%, and he was a left handed, with the right handed Lee Enfield, can one imagine how awkward that would be.

Lurking.

I used a lee Enfield as well in the 1950's, And I am left handed, just took a bit more organising etc.

1237184 2011-10-15 05:22:00 If I have offended then I apologise, I had posted this with tongue firmly in cheek but it seems most didn't see it that way.

1237187 2011-10-15 20:11:00 OK

NOW I have a comment.

I wasn't badly incensed by the OP, but I thought it was just another American bash and decided to iggy it. Actually - I didn't notice it until I cruised through the list of posts, so there's that too.

The inference was - er: kinda oddball and I seriously was doing a lot of retro-thinking about where possibly I had forgotten to put food into someone's feed bowl - so I was perplexed.

The cross-association kinda took me aback, but I say no harm - no foul and can't we all be friends now?

1237188 2011-10-15 22:43:00 I thought straight away it was a joke, but I can also see how some would not see it that way. Agent_24 (57)
