3972	2000-02-09 21:20:00	Brents observation indicates clearly that there are certain ISP browser combinations that will or wont work on certain sites and these are completely hidden from the user. All I know is I cannot load a site with a reasonably up to date broswser date Netscape 4 and that I would never have known of this but for chance. Where is the data to show that certain Browsers are no good on Voyager or what ever ISP one uses? Opera is the latest version and will not operate. Why is this information not clearly available from ISPs? I earn my living to some extent with business connections and data from the web and it has caused me untold grief and loss of time.
