| 3949 | 2000-02-07 07:51:00 | IE5, OE5 Hyperlink?s will not initiate IE5 startup. With Outlook Express 5 running, when I click on a hyperlink, I get a window looking for Program.exe in C:\ Ive checked Windows Explorer, View / Folder Options / File Types,to see what Hyperlink URL commands IE5 to start, but cannot see a command for Hyperlinks.
