| 3966 | 2000-02-08 20:58:00 | Hi, When booting up my computer it shows the Windows 95 screen and then goes to a black screen with: 'While initializing device IOS. Windows protection error. You need to restart your computer.' After restarting a few times Windows manages to load properly but the problem always comes back. I am running a AMD K6 II 350 with 32 megs of ram and a 6 gig hard drive. Thanks for your help. Scott Ealam |
